Waterloo Public Library is a two-branch community library system in Ontario, serving a population of approximately 98,000 residents. Library users range greatly in age, interests, and web technology understanding. In 2015 the library undertook a rebranding exercise and determined a new website was required to better reflect the organization’s collection, and engage with and serve it’s diverse community.

Working with design partner Intent, Sandbox Software Solutions built an elegant, responsive website for Waterloo Public Library in the Drupal open source Content Management System.
Outcome
Waterloo Public Library now has a content managed website that showcases its brand and its commitment to being a friendly, helpful resource that makes a difference in it’s local community. The site delivers an effective user experience, with easy-to-access site navigation and use of colour and design to create relevant points of focus.
