About the project
In 2021, TLC Pet Food partnered with Sandbox Software to develop a fully integrated enterprise resource planning (ERP) system. The goal was to create a solution that could handle all aspects of their business—from procurement and order management to shipping, accounting, and customer relationship management.
In addition to their ERP, TLC Pet Food also required a modern online web store, built in WordPress, to improve website performance and provide a mobile-friendly, accessible user experience. The new e-store needed to limit the number of plugins necessary to optimize performance and security.
By working closely with TLC, Sandbox Software delivered both a powerful ERP system and a seamlessly integrated eCommerce solution, improving operational efficiency and enhancing the customer experience.
