About the project

In March 2023, Quinte Health partnered with Sandbox Software to redesign and redevelop their public-facing website. Their goal was to create an informative, user-friendly, and visually engaging online platform that reflects their dedication to community healthcare. Sandbox worked closely with Quinte Health through an in-depth discovery process, including stakeholder interviews, a card sort activity, and a comprehensive Google Analytics review. This collaboration ensured that the new website would be intuitive, easy to navigate, and fully accessible to all users.

What we accomplished

Sandbox launched the new Quinte Health website in August 2023, delivering a refreshed, easy-to-navigate, and highly functional site that meets the needs of multiple audiences. Enhanced navigation and an improved content structure have led to increased engagement and reduced bounce rates. Visitors can now access critical healthcare information within just a few clicks, improving overall user satisfaction.
