These services cover CMS updates, security, plug-ins, troubleshooting, feature additions, content publishing, and training. You can reach the Help Desk through a dedicated email, with most responses within 60 minutes, and urgent issues handled immediately. 24/7 service is available for an extra cost.

Each month, we provide you with a summary of your Help Desk usage, with access to time logs, and a one-month rollover of unused hours to ensure you get the most value.
