Update: Our COVID-19 Response

March 16, 2020

As the concern around COVID-19 continues, we are focused on our main priority; the health and well-being of our staff, partners and our community.  In response, Sandbox has taken action to support social distancing efforts by asking all employees to work from home during this crisis.  As a digital agency who had already implemented a partial work from home schedule for several team members, we do not anticipate any significant impacts on our levels of support, project work or customer service. 

We have also issued a policy for the time being outlining that employees are to request web-based conferences opposed to in-person meetings with our partners.  Many organizations have already implemented a similar policy, so we trust you will also be in support of our efforts to avoid in person meetings.

Like you, we are doing our best to understand and respond to the emerging COVID-19 uncertainties. If there are ways in which we can support you or your organization in your response, please let us know. 

As a community, we will work together, support each other and overcome these challenges.  Our hearts are with those who have been directly impacted by COVID-19 and we wish you good health in the coming weeks.
