Your first contact with me may be at a presentation or pitch for business; I like to be involved with Sandbox outreach activities.  I also make an appearance as a strategist in projects that require planning and support for things like online learning, content strategy, search engine optimization, focus groups input, web testing, and user experience.  I conduct discovery sessions for both web and software projects. I provide advice and recommendations based on my experience and knowledge to help you get the most out of your digital project. I am an expert in online learning and training, so if your project has dimensions in learning, it is likely that I will be involved.  I occasionally support training of our clients on web and software solutions. I provide periodic outreach sessions about Sandbox solutions through webinars, short videos and face-to-face presentations (lunch and learns, dinner meetings).

Todd Kasenberg has a deep history with Sandbox that began on the client side – and he found them so good that he joined them!  He has a broad and deep history with project leadership and learning that has made him a sought-after public speaker, marketing expert, trainer and group facilitator. He has developed a skill set in online learning, search engine marketing, user-friendly web interface design and web communities. When not at Sandbox, he maintains an active marketing communications and e-learning consulting practice.

Devin Gauthier

I will help guide you through the software development process, from requirements gathering and documentation through to post-launch support.  Up front, I will work with you to ensure the solution you require is well thought out, meets your needs and makes sense from a resource allocation perspective.  I’m an acknowledged business process expert, so expect me to ask deep questions and to make suggestions about how things can become more efficient. I'll provide advice and recommendations based on my experience and knowledge to help you get the most out of your digital project.

Devin Gauthier is a founding partner of Sandbox Software Solutions. He is expert in best practices of business process discovery, software development and deployment. Devin has extensive experience in project management, resource allocation, database architecture and development, data modelling, programming and web-based GUI development. He has the ability to quickly and clearly understand business needs and map out processes and solutions that meet those needs.

Devin is a strong communicator and has successfully led the implementation of software solutions for the likes of World Vision, Aecon, Rogers Communications and Manulife Financial.

Devin has been an invited speaker at events geared towards entrepreneurship. He was also recognized in 2012 by the Guelph Mercury as one of Guelph's 40 Under 40.

I manage a team that codes web and software solutions for Sandbox clients. I help interpret your requirements to make sure that our developers can do their work effectively and efficiently; sometimes, this means I may ask you questions. I'll provide advice and recommendations to our developers on how to achieve wow in your project.  I am sometimes directly involved in your project, especially when it requires more complex coding or adjustments to our web content management system, or is a mobile application.  I’m also a savvy IT consultant, so I’ll be leading all efforts around deployment, whether to our environment or your hosting environment.  For projects that I supervise, I’ll be issuing your project reports, working closely with your assigned Account Manager. I’ll answer your technical questions.

Mark George is a founding partner of Sandbox Software Solution.  He is highly skilled in web application development, server setup and maintenance, database architecture and development, integrated systems, technical support and e-commerce. He makes use of programming languages including Java, J2EE, Objective C and PHP, and is highly capable with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, JQuery and Terminal Services. He is experienced with databases in MySQL and SQL Server.

Mark is the lead architect and developer of OASIS, a proprietary web content management system developed in-house at Sandbox Software Solutions.  

Miles McGehee

I manage a team that actually codes software solutions for Sandbox clients. I help translate what was in your proposal into requirements that our developers use to code your solutions. Sometimes, this means I may ask you questions. I am often directly involved in your project, typically at the beginning as we develop a database framework, and especially when it requires more complex coding.  For projects that I supervise, I’ll be issuing your project reports, working closely with your assigned Account Manager. I’ll answer your technical questions. I’ll troubleshoot bugs and contribute to developing and implementing testing of your system.

Miles brings over a decade of experience as an IT Analyst and .NET Programmer. He has exceptional technical skills, and is a natural leader. Miles is a proven asset to our team, especially with his ability to be a quick and effective problem solver. He has led 3 of the largest software projects ever undertaken by Sandbox, all with favourable on-time, on-budget outcomes. And clients adore his warm, southern hospitality and cheerful disposition. 

Denise Jupp

I work to support your project, with broad responsibility for all project scheduling and keeping our team aligned with your needs. I develop new processes and procedures so that our efforts and relationship skill sets continuously improve. I am the business accounting lead, and make sure that we collaborate on payment processes.

Denise Jupp is a valued member of the Sandbox team, with over 12 years’ experience in Marketing and Advertising on both the client and agency sides. Before joining Sandbox, she turned her love of gardening into a successful organic landscape gardening firm, maintaining over 30 gardens in the Guelph area. With a passion for details and process efficiency and getting things done, Denise shares her unique skill set with Sandbox Software’s diverse client base.
