ELC is dedicated to improving the English language skills of new immigrants employed in the Canadian workforce. Often, students are sponsored for these courses by employers. The growing company found it unwieldy to manage all the types of data that were associated with their courses and students, and also had a strong stewardship need to be able to report to the sponsors of students on course progress.
