Devin is highly competent in object-oriented analysis and design, database architecture and development, relational data modeling and entity data mapping, web-based graphical user interface development, technical support and technical project management. He is skilled in the use of programming languages including Java, PHP, C#, ASP.NET, and is highly capable with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, XML and Web Services. He is experienced with databases in MySQL and SQL Server. He is a strong communicator with the innate ability to simplify and explain complex processes in layperson terms.

Devin's primary responsibilities include guiding the work of all teammates to effective collaboration with the client sponsor. He also plays an important role in coding and testing solutions, ensuring conformity with project requirements established by the client, and troubleshooting technical challenges as they arise.

Todd has a broad and deep history with project leadership and the educational sector that has made him a sought-after public speaker, marketing expert, trainer and group facilitator. His work with hundreds of volunteers while with The Arthritis Society in Northern Ontario expanded implementation of the Arthritis Self-Management Program, therapeutic pool initiatives, and empowered local volunteers with expanded decision-making authority. He was, concurrently, a popular part-time instructor with Cambrian College and for leisure programs with the Town of Walden. More recently, he has lent his experience with search engine marketing, user-friendly web interface design and Web 2.0 to the Sandbox team, while maintaining an active marketing communications consulting practice.
Project Roles
Todd serves as a liaison between client sponsors and Sandbox, supporting content development and evaluating website usability. He also leads the development and implementation of training for website management with stakeholders.
Kayla Brohart, Project Coordinator
B.Sc., Honours Biology, Trent University [2004]
Kayla brings to Sandbox Software over 10 years of customer service and administrative experience, particularly at the Executive level. She has a degree in Biology from Trent University. As Coordinator of the Massey Agricultural Fair, she was responsible for project management, media relations and staff supervision, keeping the event on time and on budget. Kayla ensures that Sandbox developers are focused on the success of your project.

Kayla manages project budgets and timelines, assigning resources as required to ensure project success. She is the first point of contact for project updates.
Denise Jupp, Administrative Assistant
Honours B.A., Political Studies and International Development, University of Guelph [1994]
Denise comes to Sandbox Software with over 10 years' experience in Marketing and Advertising, on both the client and agency sides. Most recently, she turned her love of gardening into a successful organic landscape gardening firm, maintaining over 30 gardens in the Guelph area. With a passion for details and process efficiency, Denise looks forward to sharing her unique skill set with Sandbox Software's diverse client base.

Denise contributes to the overall organization of Sandbox's administrative systems including billing and business processes.
Mark George, Information Systems Manager / Software Developer

Mark is highly skilled in web application development, server setup and maintenance, database, database architecture and development, integrated systems, web-based graphical user interface development, requirements gathering and management, technical support and e-commerce. He makes use of programming languages including Java, J2EE, and PHP and is highly capable with CSS, HTML, JavaScript, AJAX, XML, XSLT, JQuery and Terminal Services. He is experienced with databases in MySQL, SQL Server. He also has capabilities with VBA programming, allowing him to create custom solutions in Microsoft Office applications.

Mark is involved in project strategic development and discovery, project management, coding of solutions, design implementation, interactives development (using Flash) and quality assurance and testing.
Hind Kandil, Software Developer

Hind gained her experience in software development with Reynolds and Reynolds USA, a leader in data management systems for the automotive industry, before joining the Sandbox team in 2010. Her background with multi-national companies translates into a distinctive outlook on solving client challenges through innovative programming solutions.

Hind assists with the coding of CRM components and quality assurance and testing.
Brendon Irwin, Web Development Team Lead
B.Comp., Computing and Information Science, University of Guelph [2009]
Brendon Irwin joined the Sandbox team as a Junior Web Developer, and quickly demonstrated his proficiency in various platforms. He is now Sandbox Software's Web Development Team Lead. He has experience with php, Java and .NET application development, and has a solid understanding of development of multimedia objects.

Brendon contributes to the implementation of web solutions, including programmed functionalities (especially in jQuery) and testing.
Jim Lloyd, Creative Director and Web Media Designer

Jim Lloyd has been responsible for more than 50 website designs during his tenure with Sandbox Software Solutions. He has more than 10 years of experience creating digital designs, logos, brochures and animations. He is conversant with a broad range of software, including the Adobe Creative Suite.

Jim contributes to the execution of the web interactives and visuals, supporting design development and, when called for, designing and executing interactive media components and modules to Adobe Flash formats optimized for the web.
